Are you ready?
I don’t know why it feels so much like the holidays are sneaking up on me… I’ve been busy with holiday print orders, cards and photo gifts but yet it still feels like Christmas shouldn’t be less then 2 weeks away. How did that happen? I haven’t even taken out the decorations or put up a tree! And don’t even get my started on the lack of baking…. lol
Maybe if there was more snow on the ground it would have woken up my senses some more and put me into the holiday spirit a little sooner. How about you? Are you ready? Shopping, baking, decorating all done?

On our way to my dad and step-mom’s home Christmas 2009.
Hoping for just enough snow again this year too
Throwback Thursday – A wedding to remember…
Throwback Thursdays are a chance to remember where I’ve been, memories shared and fantastic clients who have supported STUDIO dpi photography along the way. I hope you’ll leave a comment and share a great memory you have that may have come to the surface after checking out my blog.
Happy Thursday!

Dec. 6th, 2003 – Shooting a wedding is a lot of work but shooting your Dad’s wedding is that much more stressful! I haven’t shot a wedding in over a year now and I’m happy to leave that task to those that love to shoot weddings (if you’re looking for a wedding photographer I’m happy to refer to you to some great photographers! Just ask). Of course this wedding being my Dad’s, I wasn’t going to say no. Dad and Tina (Mama T) celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary just 2 days ago. Here’s a little walk down memory lane. A small wedding, family and friends stood shoulder to shoulder to share in this moment. It was perfect!

Daytona Tuesday

This summer, while on one of our camping trips with friends, Daytona was going to town trying to get some rocks out of the lake. It was pretty funny to watch and it wore him out a little bit so he slept pretty quiet that night too. We find when camping he can be a little jumpy when he’s in the tent trailer and can hear everything going on around him.
