Where did the week go?
It would seem as every week that starts on a Tuesday… this week has flown by. I’m left feeling like there isn’t enough time to get done what needs to get done.
Last weekend was fantastic… Thanksgiving spent with our extended family. We even took Saturday afternoon to go do a little exploring but the only camera I had was Jamie’s iPhone… not even my own as it wasn’t charged and I managed to leave the house without a flash card that day… that has NEVER happened to me before. Yikes!!!!! A few I did manage to capture on Sunday are below.
Sunday night Stephanie and I set up my portable studio and we made Christina (her sister) model for us. It was so much fun once we got started. Stephanie is taking the photography course at Mohawk. I really enjoyed teaching Stephanie a few things and talking shop but I also realized how long it’s been since I graduated from Sheridan… class of 2001! Where did the last 10 years go?!
Stephanie if you need me you know where to find me.. I can’t wait to see how your photography career unfolds.
Happy Weekend Everyone! Hope you’ve all recovered from the turkey coma and leftover turkey coma.

A view of the house from the lake… we where out on the old pontoon boat.

Table for 10!

Bailey playing “Queen of the Hill”… it is her house after all and there where 5 other dogs to keep in check.

Hitching a ride back to the house.

Beautiful Grey Bruce County Fall colours! My favorite time of year by far
Daytona Tuesday
Standing guard… one of Daytona’s favorite toys. They’re sort of shaped like balloon animals and they squeak too… The only toys we’ve found that he hasn’t decided must be torn into a hundred little pieces or de-stuffed from the tiniest hole he can find.

A few people I’m thankful for…
I hope this weekend you’ll be spending time with family and friends. I though in the spirit of Thanksgiving weekend I’d share a few of the people I’m thankful to have in my life.
My husband Jamie….

My sweet nephew Issac….

Sunsets…

My big extended Italian family….
