Moved my office… again
When I was working full-time and running my business I searched high and low for the perfect desk to compliment our livingroom where I was going to start working from. I thought this would be the best option as I was spending so many hours in front of the computer working on client projects and sorting photo sessions outside of the 9 to 5 that this way at least I could still be in the same room as my husband.
And then came November 2010… I finally left my 9 to 5 job and got back to doing all the those things that I love, all the time! I consider 2010 to be a very successful year with a ton of work, planning and saving to make the leap back to full-time self-employment once again. November/December was crazy and now that dust has settled a little it was time to move my office back into a room where I can shut the door on a hard days work. ahhhh… if you’re self employed you know this is so SO hard to do.
Jamie painted the office for me this weekend and we got everything moved into it. Now I just have a little reorganizing to do and it will be home sweet office. I peaceful space for me to create.
I promise to post pictures of the finished office once I have my photography hung and everything in it’s place

A New Year a new blog!
It is time for me to practice what I preach (so to speak) and that has been for my own web clients to blog. To create a schedule and make it happen!
I’ve had two blogs in the past and although I have continued on with some consistence they’ve just been pockets of consistency. So new year, new blog, clean slate. So clean that as I’m writing this now the new website isn’t quite ready to be unveiled.
I hope that by keeping this blog up to date you’ll have a chance to learn more about myself and my business STUDIO dpi photography and on the flip side STUDIO dpi design. And of course no photographers blog is complete without a good dose of images to share.
